A pre book launch celebration with 5 dishes from recipes in her upcoming book " The Art Of Eating In".
5 course prix fixe (does not include tax, tip nor drinks).
Followed at 9pm with a Q and A by Cathy in the back room.
Menu: oysters, risotto with spelt, arugula, pinenuts, basil, braised beef cheeks w/ pomegranate and butternut mash, spiced fennel salad, almond pudding with amaretto crumbs.
